I wrote this book because I knew the feelings I was feeling after the sudden death of my husband were not unique to me. I also understood that someimes you need to share the pain - but not with others - in the privacy of your own head and heart. And sometimes you need help to do this. I was hoping my book would help people through this process - and according to my readers - it has. For this I am forever grateful.
