The question "Why?" is the root question of all spiritual quests and all human predicaments. Why is this happening? Why me? Why now? It is the experience of life, of suffering and of believing.

In this collection of sermons, here read as devotional pieces, we affirm the purpose or task of the why questions and, in that self-affirming, are invited into the "what now?" which is the work of faith and trust.
